    I see that the cherrypal website has not been updated. The guarantee is still for a 11/04 dispatch -- this must mean 2009? I've not seen any reports of anyone actually receiving a machine.

    I just want to warn everyone about Cherry Pal and their lack of refunds they've been promising. While I do think the product is real, they do not have customer support of any kind. I pre-ordered a Cherrypal back in July and requested a refund when they offered it. I have been told everything from the check is in the mail to Paypal won't let them refund money. I'm guessing that I have been scammed, and I'm not the only one. I'm just trying to make sure nobody else gets scammed like we did.

    I too have been getting the run around on getting a refund. There has been no product shipped since my order in June. Five months is plenty long enough to put out the product.

    CherryPal for Everyone? I'd laugh if it wasn't so sad!

    I'm one of the many (it seems) who foolishly pre-ordered a CherryPal and paid out hard earned money for the privilege.

    Despite many requests for a refund, including direct to Max Seybold the CEO (who advised they were having PayPal "issues" and would send a check) I've received nothing and now they just ignore my emails.

    As far as I'm concerned, the only thing "green" about CherryPal is the colour of my money that they refuse to return and I'm not alone in this it seems.

    I'm hoping that one of the tech news sites will consider a story on this company to try and entice Max Seybold out of the woodwork to explain why he won't return the money that isn't his and why he is still trying to sell a product on his website that it seems he cannot ship.

    MAX SEYBOLD!!! WHERE ARE YOU? WHERE'S MY MONEY? WHY DON'T YOU CRAWL OUT FROM UNDER THE ROCK YOU ARE UNDER AND RESPOND TO MY EMAILS?
